** Steel mills and steel products segments are expected to decline due to lower volumes, margin compression and higher average costs per ton - NUE
** Adds raw materials segment projected to see lower earnings, due to two scheduled outages at its DRI facilities
** Sees Q4 earnings to be in the range of $1.65 to $1.75 per diluted share
