1616 GMT - The U.K. public sector net borrowing data for November came in higher-than-forecast, highlighting the slow progress to a narrower fiscal deficit, Investec's Sandra Horsfield says in a note. Public sector net borrowing stood at 11.7 billion pounds in November, above the 10.3 billion pounds consensus forecast by economists in a WSJ survey. (miriam.mukuru@wsj.com)
