Waaree Energies (NSE:WAAREEENER, BOM:544277) said its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas, has signed a binding term sheet with Cayman Islands-based United Solar Holding to invest approximately $30 million, according to a stock exchange filing.
Waaree Solar will subscribe to about 5.37 million Series B preferred shares, the filing said.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, with the indicative completion date set on or before Jan. 31, 2026, or a mutually agreed extended date, the filing said.
