Darco Water Technologies (SGX:BLR) agreed to acquire a 49% stake in Darco InfraCo Vietnam Water from InfraCo VietAqua for around $3.6 million, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The consideration amount will be paid in three tranches.
Upon completion, Darco InfraCo Vietnam Water will become the company's wholly-owned subsidiary.
The acquisition will be funded through the company's internal resources, the filing added.
