ENN Energy (HKG:2688) commenced a 4 billion yuan asset-backed securities issue program following the relevant regulatory approvals, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The securities can be issued in up to eight tranches and listed on the Shenzhen stock exchange.
The gas supply company expects the issue size for the first tranche to be around 608 million yuan.
