Palo Alto Networks (PANW) and CyberArk Software (CYBR) have received clearance for their proposed merger from Germany's Federal Cartel Office following a detailed examination, the competition regulator said Friday.
The investigation found no significant competition concern from the proposed deal, the regulator said.
