THE DEAL: A Palm Beach County estate linked to the late Campbell Soup heiress Mary Alice Dorrance Malone has hit the market for $85 million.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The roughly 1.5-acre property is located in the upscale town of Manalapan, which is located south of Palm Beach. It sits between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean.

THE SPECS: The newly built, three-level home was completed in 2024. It has eight bedrooms and roughly 19,000 interior square feet. Inside, there's a two-story foyer, home theater and walls of glass that overlook both bodies of water. The primary suite runs the entire south side of the home and has a sitting area and an office.

Outside, there's 155 feet of ocean frontage and 155 feet of frontage on the Intracoastal Waterway. There's also a swimming pool, several loggias, a summer kitchen and two outdoor showers. A concrete staircase leads from the home to the beach.

THE SELLER: The property was purchased under an LLC in 2022 for $40 million, according to property records. Reports link the buyer to Campbell Soup heiress Mary Alice Dorrance Malone, who died earlier this year. Her family did not respond to a request for comment.

MARKET SNAPSHOT: The listing agent on the deal is Jack Elkins with William Raveis. He declined to comment on the identity of the seller. The most expensive home sale recorded in Manalapan traded hands for $173 million in 2022.
