Medtronic (MDT) said late Friday its diabetes business MiniMed filed a registration statement for an initial public offering of common shares.
MiniMed plans to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under "MMED" ticker, according to a statement.
The number of shares to be offered and the price range haven't been determined, the company said.
