John Wiley & Sons (WLY) said Wednesday its board raised its quarterly cash dividend to $0.355 per share on its Class A and Class B common shares, payable Jan. 15, 2026, to holders of record Dec. 30.
The quarterly payout equals an annual rate of $1.42 per share, up from $1.41 in fiscal 2025, the company said.
Its fiscal 2026 share repurchase allocation increased to $100 million from $60 million in fiscal 2025, Wiley said.
Shares of the company were up by over 1% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
