WhiteFiber (WYFI) said late Thursday its subsidiary, Enovum Data Centers, signed a 10-year, 40 megawatt colocation deal with Nscale Global at the NC-1 data center in Madison, North Carolina.
The deal, deployed in two 20 MW phases with service starting in April and May 2026, represents about $865 million in total contracted revenue over the initial term, including annual rate escalators and non-recurring installation charges.
The agreement positions Nscale as NC-1's anchor tenant. WhiteFiber said it expects the deal to facilitate additional capacity expansion and development of US data centers.
Shares of WhiteFiber were up nearly 14% in after-hours trading.
