AME Elite Consortium Completes Sale of Lands for About MYR20 Million; Shares Drop 4%

AME Elite Consortium (KLSE:AME) completed the disposal of i-Park SAC 60 and 61 after receiving the remaining 19.6 million ringgit in proceeds, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.

Shares dropped about 4% in Thursday's late afternoon trade.

According to earlier filings, AME Elite's unit signed deals to dispose of four industrial properties to RHB Trustees, trustee of AME REIT, for 119.5 million ringgit in cash.

The assets comprise i-TechValley 34 and 46, as well as i-Park SAC 23 & 24 and i-Park SAC 60 & 61, it said.
