Software technology company Sylph Industries (BOM:511447) allotted 385.3 million bonus equity shares of face value of 1 Indian rupee in the ratio of 5:11, according to a BSE filing on Thursday.
The company allotted five equity shares of 1 rupee each for every 11 equity shares of 1 rupee held by the eligible shareholders.
Following the allotment of the bonus equity shares, the post-bonus equity capital has increased to 1.23 billion rupees, comprising 1.23 billion equity shares of 1 rupee each.
The company's shares were up 4% in recent trade.
