CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (SGX:A17U) completed the divestment of a total of four industrial and logistics properties in Singapore for SG$329 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Following the divestment, the REIT now owns 224 properties across Singapore, Australia, the U.S., and Europe.
