PointsBet Holdings (ASX:PBH) appointed Andrew Catterall, chief executive of Australia, as group CEO, effective Feb. 1, 2026, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Catterall succeeds Sam Swanell, who will move on to an advisory role within the group, the filing said.
