PDD Holdings (PDD) said in a regulatory filing it has appointed Jiazhen Zhao as co-chairman of the board, serving alongside Lei Chen.
Zhao was named as director and co-CEO of the company in April 2023.
The company said Zhao and Chen will serve as both co-chairmen and co-CEOs.
