Qualitas Semiconductor (KOSDAQ:A432720) signed a semiconductor intellectual property licensing agreement worth 1.44 billion won, according to a Wednesday filing on the Korea Exchange.
The fixed-term contract runs from Dec. 12, 2025, to Dec. 11, 2026, and covers the China market. The counterparty was not disclosed due to a confidentiality agreement.
The deal amounts to about 23.7% of the company's sales in the latest fiscal year. Payments will be made in stages tied to delivery milestones, including front-end and back-end design outputs.
