Liberty Global (LBTYA) said Thursday it has agreed to sell TV, broadband and telephony services provider UPC Slovakia to O2 Slovakia for a transaction value of about 95 million euros ($111.3 million).
The sale to the e&PPF Telecom affiliate is subject to regulatory approval and other conditions, the company said.
