CITIC Securities (SHA:600030, HKG:6030) subsidiary CITIC Securities International guaranteed bond issuances of special purpose vehicle CSI MTN.
The bonds were issued in two tranches of $140 million and HK$180 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the securities broker rose 2% in recent trade on the Shanghai bourse and 3% on the Hong Kong bourse.
