Patria Investments Names New CFO, Hires COO

Patria Investments named its next chief financial officer and added a chief operating officer to its C-suite.

Raphael Denadai was named incoming CFO, the alternative asset manager said Friday. He will succeed Ana Russo when she steps down in April 2026.

Denadai currently serves as Patria's chief financial officer of portfolio management, where he leads finance-related areas across the company's private equity and infrastructure portfolios.

Patria also named Nikitas Psyllakis to the newly created role of global chief operating officer. He will report directly to Chief Executive Alex Saigh.

Psyllakis will manage corporate functions, including finance, funds, technology, legal compliance, risk management and internal audit. The current leaders of each of those functions will now report to Psyllakis.

Psyllakis joins from DWS group.
