1314 ET - Dutch Bros has an opportunity to significantly expand its stores, positioning it for continuing sales and traffic momentum, UBS analysts say in a note. The drive-through beverage chain will likely expand its store footprint in both current and new markets in the near term, with about 30 new shops added to the development pipeline each month, the analysts say. Further out, the company appears on track to achieve its target of 2,029 stores in 2029, with more expansion potential over time supporting a long-term store growth rate in the mid-teens, they say. Continued store expansions will increase the company's exposure to higher-income consumers and expand its customer reach, they say, adding that they see strong development opportunities in existing markets, particularly in metropolitan areas in California, Arizona, Texas, Florida and Georgia.
