Nanjing Securities (SHA:601990) said the Shanghai bourse has completed its filing review for the company's non-public issuance of A shares to specific investors.
The company will promptly complete the registration and custody procedures for the newly issued shares under this issuance, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
