SBI Shinsei Bank (TYO:8303) said its shares have been listed on the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The lender, which joined the SBI Group in 2021, has expanded its customer base and improved profitability through closer group ties, and fully repaid public funds earlier this year.
