Cybin to Transfer Listing to Nasdaq From NYSE American

Cybin (CYBN) said Thursday that it will voluntarily transfer its listing to the Nasdaq Global Market from the NYSE American.

Cybin said it expects its common shares will cease trading at the NYSE American at market close on Jan. 4 and start trading on Nasdaq at market open on Jan. 5.

Upon trading on Nasdaq, the company said it will trade under its new ticker symbol "HELP."
