Dell Technologies (DELL) is acquiring Israeli data-infrastructure start-up Dataloop for $120 million in an all-cash deal, tech news website CTech reported Wednesday.
Dataloop has developed a platform that manages and processes unstructured data used to train artificial intelligence models, the report said.
Dell Technologies did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
Shares of the company were down over 4% in recent trading.
