Raffles Education (SGX:NR7) issued 155,384 conversion shares at SG$0.065 per share to raise around SG$10,100, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the education services provider were down over 3% in Thursday trading.
The shares were listed on Dec. 18, the filing added.
