37 Interactive Entertainment Network Technology (SHE:002555), through subsidiary Anhui Taiyun Investment Management, proposed to inject 50 million yuan in a partnership fund that will invest in the artificial intelligence sector, according to a Shenzhen bourse disclosure
The fund, Di'ao Micro Hushan (Jiaxing) Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), aims to raise capital of between 300 million yuan and 400 million yuan.
The Chinese entertainment company's share in the fund attributes for 25% of the committed amount for the fund.
The company's shares rose less than 3% during the morning trade.
