China Construction Bank (HKG:0939, SHA:601939) plans to distribute preference share dividends on Dec. 26, according to a Hong Kong filing on Thursday.
The dividends are valued at 3.57 yuan per share.
The dividends will be paid out to shareholders registered by Dec. 25.
The lender's Shanghai shares rose less than 2% during the morning trade.
