Bannerman Energy Says Detailed Model Review for Namibia Uranium Project Completed; Shares Fall 9%

Bannerman Energy (ASX:BMN) said detailed model review for the dry plant at the Etango uranium project in Namibia was completed, while the civil and mechanical design for dry plant was around 92% complete, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

Detailed engineering of the wet plant was around 23% complete, and the design was currently focused on validation test work, the filing said. The site contractor workforce had been increased to over 370 personnel, while the bulk earthworks were around 51% complete.

The high-pressure grinding rolls tertiary crusher had been manufactured, transported, and delivered to site, per the filing.

Bannerman Energy's shares fell nearly 9% in recent trading on Thursday.
