CRH Reports Acquisition of North American Aggregates

CRH (CRH) said late Tuesday it has acquired North American Aggregates to expand CRH Americas Materials' business in New York and New Jersey.

North American Aggregates' New Jersey plant brings new reserves to Tilcon NY operations, the company said.
