Jindalee Lithium (ASX:JLL) started marketing US Elemental, its proposed vehicle that will list in the US, to certain US investors, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The binding business combination agreement between Jindalee and Constellation Acquisition is expected to be finalized in January 2026, the filing said.
US Elemental will be created via the merger of Jindalee's US unit HiTech Minerals, the owner of the McDermitt lithium project, and Constellation.
Jindalee Lithium's shares rose nearly 2% in recent trading on Thursday.
