Parsons Could Still Get Some Revenue from FAA Overhaul -- Market Talk

Dow Jones12-18

1547 ET - Comments from the head of the Federal Aviation Administration indicate Parsons may still have a role in the FAA's overhaul, even after being passed over for the major contract, TD Cowen analysts say. FAA Administrator Bryan Bedford said Parsons will participate in the implementation phase of the FAA modernization, which the analysts say could add $300 million or more in sales for Parsons. Parsons lost its bid for the contract -- worth potentially more than $31 billion -- and investors have worried about where the contractor's near-term revenue will now come from. Shares are down 27% in the past three months. (katherine.hamilton@wsj.com)
