** Co reports fall in Q3 sales, swings to loss due to weak e-commerce business

** "Our third-quarter results reflect the challenges we are experiencing in our e-commerce business, with periods of high volatility as we implement our strategic transformation," says CEO Muhammad Umair

** Co expects tariffs to raise costs by $15 million to $20 million for FY25, lower than its prior expectation of $20 million to $25 million

** Q3 net sales decline 13% to $339.5 million

** Co reports Q3 adjusted loss of 18 cents per share vs profit of $2.04 per share a year earlier

** Co expects incremental tariff impact of $25 million to $30 million in the first half of FY26

** As of last close, PLCE was down ~31% YTD
