Shandong Nanshan Aluminium's (SHA:600219) controlling shareholder, Nanshan Group, completed the registration procedures for the release of pledge on the remaining shares in the company, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.
Nanshan Group pledged 1.4% of the company's share total, representing 163 million shares.
Nanshan Group owns 20% of the company's stake.
