QiaoYin City Management (SHE:002973) won the bid for a sanitation project in Zheng'an County, Guizhou, China, for 1.22 billion yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The contract has a service period of 25 years, including a half-year construction period, and a 25-year operation period, the filing said.
The project covers 21 transfer stations, 25 public toilets, and other structures, as well as the construction of other facilities and roads, the filing said.
