Lotus Holdings' (SHA:600186) subsidiary, Zhejiang Lotus Zixing Intelligent Computing Technology, agreed to purchase accelerator cards from chipmaker EⅫ for 200 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
The Lotus Zixing will receive 4,000 accelerator cards, each worth 50,000 yuan.
The food products and condiments maker's shares rose less than 3% during the afternoon trade.
