Waaree Energies (NSE:WAAREEENER, BOM:544277) said its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Forever Energies, has incorporated two new wholly owned entities on Tuesday, according to a same-day Indian stock exchange filing.
The entities, named Windora Energy and Agni Vayu Energy, have been set up to hold and execute specific power projects under the independent power producer (IPP) framework, the filing said.
Waaree Energies shares were down nearly 2% in Wednesday's trade.
