NTT UD REIT Investment's Net Income Falls 15% in Six Months Ended Oct. 31

NTT UD REIT Investment's (TYO:8956) net income fell 15% to 3.88 billion yen for the six months ended Oct. 31 from 4.56 billion yen the previous half-year period.

The REIT's net income per unit fell to 2,645 yen from 3,090 yen in the prior six-month period, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.

Operating revenues slipped 0.7% to 13.2 billion yen from 13.3 billion yen in the prior half-year period.

It declared a distribution of 3,140 yen per unit, payable from Jan. 23.

For the fiscal period ending April 30, 2026, the REIT expects net income of 5.1 billion yen, and operating revenue of 12.9 billion yen.

It plans to pay a distribution per unit of 3,140 yen for the 47th fiscal period.

For the subsequent half-year period, the REIT expects net income of 4.32 billion yen, and operating revenue of 11.9 billion yen.

It plans to pay a distribution per unit of 3,100 yen for the 48th fiscal period.
