Waypoint REIT (ASX:WPR) expects the total rental income from its 21 leases with Viva Energy Australia (ASX:VEA), maturing August 2036, to increase by over 12%, effective August 2026, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company has a total of 26 leases with Viva, the filing said.
Its next debt maturity will be in March 2028, the filing added.
Shares of the company rose 1% in recent Monday trade, while shares of Viva Energy Australia rose past 1%.
