Vital Healthcare Property Trust (NZE:VHP) said that the key external and regulatory conditions have been satisfied for the conditional agreement with Northwest to internalize the management of the company, according to a Monday New Zealand bourse filing.
Completion of the internalization is expected to occur on Dec. 31, the filing added.
On Nov. 10, the independent directors of Northwest Healthcare Properties Management, as manager of the company, disclosed that Vital had reached a conditional agreement to internalize its management.
