BrainAurora Medical Technology Unit Joins National Cognitive Health Project to Develop AI Models

BrainAurora Medical Technology (HKG:6681) said its wholly owned unit, Beijing Zhijingling Technology, has joined a national science and technology project focused on the digital diagnosis and treatment of cognitive impairment, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

BrainAurora shares surged 17% in HK market.

Under the initiative, BrainAurora will be responsible for developing deep-reasoning large-model algorithms and building a digital diagnosis and treatment platform.

The company also said Zhijingling Technology and Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University have received approval to establish a Beijing Key Laboratory for Digital Healthcare for Cognitive Impairment.

BrainAurora will lead core algorithm development, productisation and user experience optimisation for the laboratory.
