Nanhua Futures (HKG:2691, SHA:603093) raised HK$1.20 billion in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong.
The final offer price was set at HK$12.00 per share, the bottom of the offer price range of HK$12.00 to HK$16.00, according to a Friday after-market filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The futures brokerage offered 107.7 million H-shares in the global offering.
The Hong Kong public offer was 1.91 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 16.1 million shares, representing 15% of the total offering following reallocation from the international tranche.
The international offering was 0.99 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 91.5 million shares, or 85% of the total offering.
Nanhua Futures is scheduled to debut on the Hong Kong bourse on Monday, Dec. 22.
