Regis Healthcare (ASX:REG) said that Chief Executive Linda Mellors has resigned to pursue a career in an unrelated sector and will serve a six-month notice period, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Mellors will remain as CEO to ensure a smooth transition of executive responsibilities, while an executive search is initiated to appoint her successor, the filing added.
