IMAX (IMAX) said Monday the debut of the Walt Disney (DIS) movie "Avatar: Fire and Ash" delivered the company's biggest opening weekend of the year at $43.6 million.
IMAX said it provided 12.6% of the global opening box office revenue of the movie on less than 1% of total screens.
