China State Construction Engineering's Newly Signed Contracts rose 1% in January-November

China State Construction Engineering's (SHA:601668) amount of newly signed contracts between January and November rose 0.9% from a year earlier to 4.041 trillion yuan, according to a Saturday filing on the Shanghai bourse.

The Chinese engineering company's shares fell less than 1% during Monday's morning trade.

The projects included construction projects such as housing, infrastructure and survey and design.

Meanwhile, the contracted sales amount at the company's real estate segment dropped 9.9% year on year to 324.6 billion yuan. The contracted sales area rose 4.1% year on year to 12.2 million square meters.
