DLocal (DLO) said Tuesday that it has completed its transition to a nine-person board, which now includes five independent members.
The company added Paco Ybarra and Nelson Mattos as independent directors, while Eduardo Azar, Martin Escobari, Jacobo Singer, and Sergio Fogel will no longer be on the board.
Ybarra was CEO of Citi's Institutional Clients Group, the company said, while Mattos formerly was Google's vice president for Europe and emerging markets.
The two will join the other three independent directors Will Pruett, Hyman Bielsky, and Veronica Raffo. The other four directors are Chairman Andres Bzurovski, CEO Pedro Arnt, Sebastian Kanovich, and Luiz Ribeiro, DLocal said.
