China's Kuaishou falls to near five-week low on report of cyberattack

HONG KONG, Dec 23 (Reuters) - Shares of Kuaishou Technology 1024.HK dropped by as much as 6% on Tuesday to HK$62.70 ($8.06), their lowest since November 21, after media reported that the Chinese short video platform experienced a sudden surge of explicit content because of a cyberattack on Monday.

The stock is set for its biggest one-day percentage drop since October 14 and was the top percentage decliner on the Hang Seng Tech Index HSTECH, which was down 0.5%.
