Compass Diversified (CODI) shares rose 7.7% in recent Monday trading after the company said late Friday that it amended a credit agreement with its senior secured lenders.
The amendment restores full access to a $100 million revolving credit facility, which will provide Compass and its units with the "financial capacity to continue operating effectively," the company said.
The amendment also gives more covenant flexibility as Compass takes steps to cut leverage via cash flow generation and other actions, it said.
