Shenke Slide Bearing (SHE:002633) will set up a gas turbine subsidiary in Shanghai, according to a Monday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The subsidiary, to be called Shanghai Shenke Gas Turbine Technology, will have a registered capital of 30 million yuan.
Shenke Gas Turbine Technology will focus on R&D, production, and sales of gas turbine sliding bearings and other important equipment, the filing said.
