BOE Varitronix (HKG:0710) renewed an agreement to continue receiving procurement transaction services from BOE Technology Group (SHE:000725) till Dec. 31, 2027, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The relevant transactions involve the purchase or lease of equipment and related software, as well as the provision of construction and engineering services from BOE Technology from time to time.
BOE is an associate of BOE Technology (HK), a substantial shareholder of BOE Varitronix.
