Elementos (ASX:ELT) closed its non-renounceable entitlement offer on Dec. 17, raising around AU$779,876 through the issue of 2.8 million new shares at AU$0.28 each, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The new shares are anticipated to begin regular trading on the Australian Securities Exchange from Wednesday, the filing added.
The company's shares rose 7% in recent Tuesday trade.
